Here we go,some more photos of my project. This time I'm dealing with perspex acrylic. This button head screws are just temporary, before I tap the holes for countersink screws. Here is the reservoir bracket almost done.I have something in mind to cut in the acrylic I'm not planing any laser cutting, everything will be done by hand So far so goodStay tuned for more
Hey lads, another update from project blue. As I promise there will be cutting, not metal but acrylic.Which is more hard to cut, mine opinion. Ok, enough of talking lets do some work Usual tools And what I'm going to cut Yes EK logo One peace down One blade also down Job done But then, when I was filing and polishing disaster happened Back from point A This time I was more careful This attempt was more successful Still need to tap the holes for the screws Ok that is all for now. Stay tuned for more updates
Another update with photos. This time I'm cutting aluminium. I will replace the phanteks plate with my own. Here we go Some filing Final cuts And on the case. Still need to be painted but painting will come later Hope you guys like the project so far Soon will be more
Hey guys, another update from Project Blue It is time for painting Firs task is to clean the rads Spray paint and primers Main colour, of-course Blue But fluorescent blue.Glows really nice under UV light. Few coats of white primer That is all for this update lads Stay tuned for more
Hi lads, Another update with photos from my project Rads painted I have to say, that this blue colour is really nice Still many parts need sanding and painting. Here is some progress on that direction
Hi guys, Small update. Terrible weather today in London, raining all day I can't do any anything outside ......but I have something in mind Any ideas what this can be And one more closer
Ok,what is this white peace of something.....no one? This is .999 pure silver And this will become silver kill coil Let's start Firs the tools, usual ones for my project The silver is very hard after the rolling mill,so need to become softer. For that reason one more tool is added Cutting Filing Even more filing Scraping One side ready, marking the other one Cutting More scrubbing Time for sanding.I will start with 600 up to 2500.Reason for that is,silver is very hard to polish.Especially the pure silver is almost mission impossible , always goes back to his original colour. Sanding with 2500 sandpaper by hand Polishing Success And the final product That is all for today lads. Hope you like my new silver coil. Stay tuned for more
