I decide to replace most of the rivets with m4 screws

This button head screws are just temporary,before I tap the holes for countersink screws.


Here is the reservoir bracket almost done.I have something in mind to cut in the acrylic I'm not planing any laser cutting, everything will be done by hand

Hey lads,another update from project blue. As I promise there will be cutting,not metal but acrylic.Which is more hard to cut,mine opinion. Ok, enough of talking lets do some work

Still need to tap the holes for the screws

Another update with photos. This time I'm cutting aluminium. I will replace the phanteks plate with my own.Here we go

Hey guys, another update from Project Blue It is time for painting

Firs task is to clean the rads



Spray paint and primers



Main colour, of-course Blue



But fluorescent blue.Glows really nice under UV light.



Few coats of white primer

I have to say,that this blue colour is really nice Still many parts need sanding and painting.Here is some progress on that direction

Small update. Terrible weather today in London,raining all day I can't do any anything outside ......but I have something in mind

Ok,what is this white peace of something.....no one? This is .999 pure silver And this will become silver kill coil

Let's start

Firs the tools,usual ones for my project




The silver is very hard after the rolling mill,so need to become softer.For that reason one more tool is added

Time for sanding.I will start with 600 up to 2500.Reason for that is,silver is very hard to polish.Especially the pure silver is almost mission impossible , always goes back to his original colour.
