That water cooling setup on the motherboard looks amazing.

As for myself I keep going back and forth on if its worth it to water cool the chipset and the ram, I mean what is the average OC gain by h2o cooling the ram and chipset, is it really that necesarry on say non ECC memory, Im building an AMD Spider platform and plan to use Foxconn upcoming motherboard that uses the 790FX and SB750, would those two chipset require water cooling, I am going for the farthest OC possible but will the CPU reach a point that the posible added voltage to the chipset bump the heat produced so much to warrant H2O cooling? Oh and I will understand if you dont want to answer my question, I dont want to take this topic to off topic was just curious but thanks to who ever as real world experiance in answering my question. :)

The memory on this setup is fb-dimm - they use an advanced memory buffer (AMB) chip that gets very, very hot - thus watercooling will work pretty well here.

On normal ram, it's a waste.

We had guests up all weekend that just wanted to drink and drink..........which don't make them bad people in my book and i participate best i could but all i really wanted to do was sit and admire how well the case is looking.

Chrome vents match the chrome Cosmos rails like perfect - let me get the paint machine polished tomorrow and i'll try and get some better pictures...

Well done, Excellent peace of work and well documented. I love the amount of detail that you have put into this project. You have really inspired me to buy a dremmel kit and start modding my machine. It won't be anything like yours but at least I am not afraid to give it a shot like the screenshots you have shown. Excellent work

It's a sleeper Skulltrail, they will never know what there up against. I have two side panels for my build, on stock panel with a window & the other one a full transparent black plexi.

In keeping with the black / chrome theme and thanks to Eddy i got a couple of Nickel-Plated EK-FC9800 GX2 SLI Blocks expressed over and set about getting them fitted.

Took about 2 hours in total but time flies when your enjoying yourself - they do look a bit naked without the covers on so after a little trimming i re-used the covers though i'll have to find some way of fixing them properly because there nothing to actually fix them to but i'm sure i'll find a way.

Also had the front bezels anodised (cheers Tom) but they were to dull so had them painted and clear coated which looks much better and got the Aquagate ones fitted though the it was starting to get dark out and the pictures aren't the best but you get the idea.

Oh yeah, the board with all blocks added now weighs in at a staggering 6670g :worried:

Those GPUs do look weird without their covers on, especially with those great big holes in them lol.
And almost 7Kg, wow, are you providing any extra support for the board?
