jeah, im thinking of selling them, probably in a way like it is now, because its an ideal cost / precision tradeof, everything more rigid would be much more expensive, everything less rigid wouldnt be precise enough. Another good point is that the design is modular, I can make them pretty much any size required, were planning to extend this one to 2,5m on the y axis :)
    If anyones interested pm me...

What you need to catch dust is to set up a 5 gal bucket filled with water to suck the dust through. Set it up so the dirt coming in is forced through the water.

I need to get one of those. Tried making something similar with some pvc and a metal trashcan. My shopvac collapsed the can!

They sell those at the Home Depot for sheet rock sanders. Work great, though the ribbed hoses they provide whistle like a freaking banshee.

Yea, it's gets pretty nasty pretty quick, but better that, than a clogged up shop vac filter. I dumped mine out into an old pillow case and let it dry in the sun. It'd make a solid chunk once dried, that I'd drop in the garbage.

Did you let the silicone dry out for 24 hours before putting the speakers on? I heard the silicone fumes deteriorate speaker cones.
