This is a project to mod my girlfiends PC with an Emily the strange theme... For thoes that don't know emily strange http://www.emilystrange.com is a brand of cloths etc all in black an red.... emily has several cats... Anyway I'm starting with a Asus terminator (cos there nice and cute and small.... and more importantly cheap... It's currantly got a 700Mhz Duron , 128 MB RAM and a Gefore 2 (PCI) card. Though they will probably get upgraded in due course.. I'm writing this log to try and keep up my momentum as I want to get this finished so I can move on to my case and hopefully get them both done in time for I19 in march Ok now for the pic's SO far I've drawn on the two cats and cut there eye holes out, Plan is to have these lit with white led's. I've already got a Black monitor for it and a key board with black keys (all be it it's blue at the moment but some vinyal dye should fix that) BAsicly the plan is for the case to get painted matt black, with the cats colored in with gloss blck, glowing white eyes, and all the leds replaced with red ones and a red underlight type affar...

i have a friend named Emily who looks like Emily who wears Emily......ummm yeah well anyway....... how bout using some stuff from hottopic on the case like spikes and pyramid studs......maybe even some fishnet fan grilles....
I've made the underlighting for one side, It's severn Red 3mm LED's soldered on to about 6 inches of speaker wire, I'm nakered so I'll post the pics tommorrow, I've also sprayed up the case sides top front and CD front, but I forgot to do the floppy, It's all in the garage drying so expect lots more pics in the next day or so.
New Pic's The Underlight Gotta make an other one for the other side It glowing... THe Case Put paint job And a shaky cam shot with the underlight on.. Next Job is to put the CD-ROM back to gether (with newly fitted red led, then do the led in the floppy and dye the front red... (probably dye the keyboard at the same time... )
wow that UFO mod looks nice.... and i love the kitty idea..... id say red LEDs over white though.... keep up the good work
