Today I started to cover the backside at the inside from the case. There are some holes that I want to cover with plexi and aluminum. Starting with a cardboard mal

Take it over on the acryl.

    And sawing.

    Turn the saw in reverse.

    Last piece reverse sawing.

    It almost fit.

This is too high now the cards will not fit.

    Saw it tomorrow.

    @Mankz @ your services. ;)

So as I said continue with the acrylic.

The bottom part fits. Only the top part not. ;)

    Not straight enough.

    Some file work.

I under stud the acrylic this way. There is a change that it broke.

Sanding all the parts that where sawing.

    That fits.

Last sawing part on this piece of acrylic, the fanhole.

Filing and sanding is for Wednesday. ;)

    See you Wednesday.

Beautiful work, as usual Ediejo. I hate that... when you cut something, and it's JUST not 'in whack', as they say and you have to keep widdling it down until it is. That's why I cheat with my acrylic and set up a measure-accurate digital mockup and lasercut everything! :hehe:

Keep up the great work on this build. I look forward to the next update.

I keep hoping to see something original or impressive but alas there is nothing. Just more boring stuff and 8 pages of nothing.

The fanhole must be straight. Long busy but not really hurried up.

Same story again only than on aluminum

    Sawing again.

A lot of work to do before I have a small green border of lighting acrylic.

He never respected me before when I gave him constructive criticism and no it wasn't a joke. All he does is put acryl over stuff and add in some LED's it's boring to me. I know he can make some cool stuff, he has the talent. I just don't see it.

    Hi,

I have to say, it`s really clean work you`ve done. I like this precision of cuts, fitting of elements together. Pure beauty. Hope mine will be as good as yours are.
