    Todays actions:
    -bougth a steal-saw for my jigsaw: €3,40 :(
    -bougth a nice 1 meter long aluminium strip: €2,79 :)

    Total costs for this project sofar: €6,19

    The seduction of GTA3 was so big... I just couldnt get any work done :wallbash:

    Well, buy a couple of USB extension cables. Plug them into the back of the mother board (Provided you have enough clearance between the back i/o and the case.) then cut small holes in the front for the socket end of the extension cables.
    Then you have a cople of neet usb ports on the front, without the mobo's i/o sticking out, or using any headers.
    Sorry if this is a bit long winded.

    You guys dont get it. There is no space to put the connectors on another place. There is 1 option, and that would mean I would have the PSU at the viewable side. Now that would suck.

    That would take unnessecary space. I like it the way it is now, and thats it.

    The glory of SFF

    Todays actions:
    -made holes for the motherboard stand-off
    -made holes for psu (not for the fan and connector jet)
    -made holes for HDD
    -made some nice striping on the front (which is just a lame excuse for a miscalculation :p)

    But at the moment, drilling a hole takes 10 minutes or more because my drill seems to be f'ded up. Need to buy a new one(s)

    Almost done :clap: Deadline is 20th of august aka tommorow, I think I'll make the deadline :clap:

    Them they shipped one with holes in it :(

    Todays actions:
    -bougth some nice aluminium sheet: €3,99
    -bougth some nice metal drills: €0 (my dad will pay them)
    -made a nice front with a strip of aluminium

    Still have to do today:
    -PSU connector and fan hole
    -HDD caging
    -Power button placement

    Total costs for this project sofar: €10,18

    -finished the front except for the ethernet and powerbutton holes
    -finished the hdd bracket

    Still have to do (on wednesday that is):
    -PSU connector and fan hole
    -Power button placement

    I'm sorry for letting you down guys. I'm doing it now, and I did it on the previous project. I just got my HDD but I am completly frustred how to fix a hole for the ethernet port. Damn me. Please make fun of me :sigh:

    @"ecklipZ" there is no need to qoute his whole post, just reply to it, cause some of the 56Ker's start to get mad and such
