Brilliant metal work once again. You my friend are extremely talented .
Thank you KoSoVaR.
Thank you yassarikhan.
Today i made some progress again and i started with the new top plate.
The old and the new one together and some coffee ofcourse.
The standoffs im using are hard to weld because they are very thin.
Lets weld them on the plate.
The top plate is finisht.
Next thing up is the door handle.I only need the door handle for pulling and i want to keep the clean look.So i came up with a nice idea.
This time i lett the pictures speak for themself.
Flipmode needs a key now to get opend and this is the key.
This is how it looks.
I will make the case feet soon so it doesnt have to stand on a ledge.
This is it for today i hope you enjoyed the show.
That is epic beyound imagination Mad work man!
Epic metalwork !
Agree!! It looks beautiful...
Such unique ideas done flawlessly. You know you will need to make it's own key now, that old tee handle is just not worthy.
I'm highly impressed with your welding and metal work in general, awesome ideas too, your case it's great and creative, never seen anything than it before. I would love to have the skills you have to materialize your ideas so great. Truly EPIC, please continue with this awesomeness and your surprises
Some fantastic metalwork going on here. You may have all the tools at your disposal but you also have exceptional skill in using them.
What more can I say other than Epic metal work and amazing execution of your brilliant ideas. Keep the updates coming
+rep to you my friend .
Thanks craig and your right flipmode needs a key for itself so im gonna make a key.
Thanks and sure i will keep on modding.
Thanks and sure updates will come.
For the people who never saw TIG welding before i made a short video.
Here im welding aluminium.
I hope you all like it.
Epic welding skills , you need a welding mask for the camera , How did you get the Hex bolt to look like the same material as the larger bolt you put it into, did you paint it?
Thanks and yes i use a light sensitive welding helmet and i have a spare so i will re do the movie with a helmet infront of the camera. For the hex bolt i sand it.
It actually looks more insane when filmed like that!
Only thing I hate about welding aluminum, is the buzzing noise!
But to the point! Beautiful! Simply stunning build!
this must be one of the most interesting logs I have had the pleasure of following
Thank you for putting in so much effort, into both your log and your case Paslis
Thank you crazycooler.
