Green and Black would look perfect on this.
My wife wants me to make a Betty Boop inspired PC Case with the Turbine :|
I guess she can wait for mine to be fixed up eh!

I'm guessing the turbine will be orange? So on that basis... I'd say a gloss black case with orange pinstriping. I'd have a look for orange case fans as well... I know AC Ryan do some, though I'd have to have to look for them in Europe...

    update Painting !

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The front was only painted once !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The real alienware Green (cyborg green) wasn't really fot sale so I went for a look-a-like. Its looks nice as well with the black paint of my fan,.... I'm not much of a talker so here are the pictures. O before I forget I've changed the name to Green Turbine :D

So you have moved onto the paint? Not to be a nitpick but is the filler as noticeable in person as it is in the pictures and the edge round the open seems more visiable on the lower left than anywhere else. Where you going to go back and sand to find your lows and highs?

@E7130: I don't understand your question :duh: Do you mean that you can still see the grey of the Tube in the lower left corner? Well If it's that you mean I can tell you that its only the first layer of paint. So you won't be able to see the grey of the tube annymore. :thumb:

Well, I read it was the first layer, I just didn't know why you skipped the primer stage. Primer would have filled in a lot more than layers of paint. Paint doesn't hide imperfection well. I am not trying to get on you or anything because I think the project is looking good. I just look at painting cases like painting cars.

I did put a primer on it but I just missed that spot :wallbash: as you can see its only in the lower left corner.

Do you have "filler" primer in Belgium Realiks? ...it's a thicker primer that helps cover surface imperfections... You can usually find it at Auto Body Supply shops
