Updates, woo! :D Did you just get normal flatcables instead of rounded ones because they won't be seen?

I suspect that flat cables are better for where he wants to put these.

Sweet! great job soldering, they look like pretty close points, a lot of patience was taken I do imagine.

First I wanna say that the idea is very nice.
    Shape, colours, ...

But maybe it is the pics, but the finishing don't seem always as secure and precise.

Maan dude, just read this hole log! I must say I’m impressed.

I got some questions for you:

Where did you buy that ingravation-pen or what it is, and what is it actually called?
And; how did you get your logo out from photoshop to a sticker?

Please let me know dude, love your work man! That’s freaking fu**ing perfect!

Absolutely Fantastic! This is one of the most impressive mods I have ever seen! The aluminum/orange works so good together.

Jegerjon: Go to your nearest office supply store and pick up some adhesive backed paper. Its basicly sticker paper, we used it at my old job and a few packs fell into my bag, so I have some and its great for projects like these! Print whatever you want on it, peel off the back and stick it where ever you want it!

Sorry for the massive delay. I thought I'd save up all the progress and put it in one FINAL update, and here we are. The final update, along with some final pics. First off I'd like to point out that most of the time has been used when re-sanding panels.

To Duste: About the lighting; I lied :hehe:

    Let's begin.

The adapters has been fitted underneath the cages
    [IMG]

I decided that a couple of switches on the case would ruin the sorta "clean" look, so I scrapped them. To change drives, a reboot is required... I bolted on the small adapter pcbs on the primary HDD cage sides, this way they'll be neatly tucked away and the cables can be managed with ease.

I Got a 350W SFF psu From FSP, THANKS ALOT!! The one I previously had actually broke down, so I needed a new one real fast. The problem here was that the new psu was about 20mm taller that the previous one, so I had to notch the frame, mill a new psu mounting plate and modify the cutout I made for the old psu on the rear.

Obviously, this was a job for the trusty dremel.

    Drilling/cutting the rear.

And with a new mounting-plate (CRAP image :sigh: ).

I sleeved the PSU with AC Ryan uvred flexsleeve.

Time to get the nice PW button connected. So far it has'nt had any cables on it, so it's about time. Last stop!

    UV sleeve is a go.

Project log over (I almost feel sad :waah: )...

And here's some long awaited final pics, ENJOY!

And some in the dark. A small note; there's not nearly that much blue IRL...

I'll finish this off with a pic of the "eye"

    Bring me your thoughts.

The panels are supposed to have this brushed look. And CRAP I can't believe I missed that :wallbash: Oh well, at least it's easily done.

Sure thing. My lighting is a bit crappy right now but it'll be good enough. Compared to a 50cl can.
