Scratch Build – In Progress Project "illogical"

    Today I've continued with the front... :)

    At first I've routed a rabbet

    After that I could measure it and cutted a metal sheet

    I've found a nice jig on the internet so it was very easy the drill the holes

    The last times I cutted the fan holes with my jigsaw and filed it down. That was very annoying so I decided to buy a whole saw. It is a very nice toy :explosive:

    it doesnt fit perfectly but I'm very satisfied

    Tomorrow I will check if every hole fits correctly

    Today I've done a small test fit, and I'm suprised it fits much better than I expected :clap:

    Hey, nice project! The milling work on the front panel looks really precise.

    Why did you make a separate panel for mounting the fans though?
