-> rename them to .txt (or get a better host)
-> geocities does not allow pictures to be viewed from outside sources.

i am trying to think of what to do about that little rectangular bit that comes off the front of the case i cant think of anything to do to make it look better. it is just an ulg bit of plastic the power and reset buttons are getting replaced with vandal switches but then i am stuck with the plastic thing.

If you have any ideas i would like to know :D

A case that size has water-cooling written all over it.

I use geocities to post my pics but I have an upgraded version. Is't like $5.00 a month and I never had a problem with them showing up anywhere, Plus I can use FTP to upload the files.

About that power button, I wouldn't disregard it so quickly.

I see it painted (dyed) black, with the dimples cut out. Fill the resulting holes with clear, or dark tinted plastic with a blue LED behind it.

Instead put a red one behind it to make it look similar to a molten asteroid to match the "Jupiter" (yea, I know it's Jupitor) name... :naughty:

haha i like the ideas, the button one i will be looking into and yer i will be using a red led. :p

aaaahh i have something up my sleave for the holes in my case. there is 224 holes in the side so i am putting 224 LED'S of different colours behind them then rigging it up to a circuite that make randome patterns with the leds, i may even add a few diffrent modes in so that you can have it chacing insted, or even make my logo.:D :D

i just know that the pcb will be hard to figure out:miffed:

    anyway keep the ideas comming

Never tried the halfords but the plasti-cote stuff is good, i used it to dye my old mouse & Keyboard black and it worked well.

hiya i am gona do another update.:D

i have being doing quight a few litle things on my case.

    • external power
    • replacing the reset button with a push to make switch
    • started to spray the case with plasti-cote sating black paint
    • drilled holes in the power button and mounted two red LED'S behid it
    • and i have also made a fan bus

i will be posting the case pics as soon as all the painting is done and i have put my lacqure on. i will also put up the power button shots and the reset button shots.:hehe:

anyway here is some pics of the external power mod and the pic of the fans that i am using.

for the fan bus i used 3 80m clear acrylic fans with rainbow coloured leds inside. and 1 plain and simple 80m black fan.(cause it was getting mounted oin the front of the case where you cant see.

anyways tell me what you think of these small mods and i am going to get some pics of the others sorted soon.

i still have things to do:

    • a blowhole on the top of the case for an acrylic fan
    • wireing up the 224 leds in the side pannel
    • making the PCB for the pattern controle on the LED'S
    • Purchacing the computer to go inside the case when it is done
    • Adding in my IR Receiver to remote controle my pc
    • wrapping up all the loose cables
    • stealthing my dvd-cd rw drive
    • relocating the cd drives open/close button and disk activity light
    • thinks of more ideas to do to the case

    till then happy modding:dremel:
