Case Mod - In Progress project:K.I.D (disaster 28/12/07)

just been talking to someone on another forum bout the phase problem an at the mo im torn between 2 options.either get my unit sorted with a new probe,evap head,re-gas etc or get another mach that has been re-gassed both work out about the same price,
the trouble with deciding is alot harder than i thought it would be.....lol.i really like the idea of a custom evap head and being able to power the phase independantly doing away with the worry of the sensor packing up an not being able to use it again but i also like the simplicity of the mach being able to just press the power button an knowing when the temps a right tjhe pc will just turn on by itself.hhhhm decisions decisions.....lol
any opinions???

 

hm, im not phase expert, but i know machs are good, i would probs go down that route, where are you sourcing it from?

Teknokid;a guy who came highly recomended over at benchtec,an hes only bout 50 miles drive away
im swaying more towards the custom evap etc..after all nothing else on the case is standard so a modded phase would be in keeping with the modded case

 

hi all,sorry its been so long

i think this project is gonna be on hold for a fair while nowits been sat in the corner of my dining room for a long time now,theres crack appearing on the corners due to my youngest girl using it as a seat.
i havent got the money spare to spend on getting the phase sorted and tbh ive lost motivation at the mo.

just wanna say a big thanks to all who supported this project and all the good comments that i gotyou kept me going through the worst times

on a brighter note im gonna be starting a new mod in the near future,ive contacted my sponsors an have got the ok from one and am awaiting a response from the other to get the ok to use the sponsored parts in the new project.

thamks again for the support guys,you will see this project finished just not any time soon,its gonna be on the back burner and im gonna do a bit as an when i can

Sometimes you just have to take a break. No matter how enjoyable it is, if it becomes a chore, put it down for a bit. I'm sure you've got something up your sleeve and I hope everything works out for you!
