Just had a great idea ... Build a projector into the trailer!!!

Kind of like your own drive in movie

looks awesome it would of been cool tho to have it so when the CD tray opened the back doors flew open... ultimate stealth job i cant wait to see it done

Are you gonna cut a window for the LCD? or just have the side removed??
If your just gonna remove the side...try to find a way to cover up all the toher electronics....or just have one section of the side removable??

Hi just a quick picy of how the truck is looking with the side panel now finally on, will be putting some pics of how it got to this later, but going off for a week now so will post when i get back!



I have also moved the front usb ports that would be at the front of the case to just above the crash prtects on the truck. ( where the cables are going into)

This is just a test out of abs, will be machining it out of the ali piece I have later.

So what about the 7" lcd next to the radio thing? Do you have yet to cut it out?

 

Ant's planning to get the TFT when he's back from his hols!

There's a couple of little bits he needs to tidy up on the side panel then he can cut the final version (out of aluminium).

 

that looks sooooo awesome!!!!! i have a question for you....can you still drive it around using the controller and stuff? that is cool if you can because you can come rolling up at quakecon and not have to carry your PC at all. props to my modding brother!!

 

ha that is so sweet, what you should do is make a second trailer that holds all of the extra crap that us gamers carry around, or even make it a little "mini-fridge" and have a case of bawls in there or somthing, or just a spot to hold your keyboard mouse etc. Mod looks very very nice, glad i followed turning out so sexy

 

Man that is cool. What was your budget on this? Hey you should pick up some of those spinners and have a pimp tricked truck like that hummer

Hi all

Thought i would post up a better video clip of the truck driving! Truck video clip I have now Ordered the 7 inch tft so hopefully will post up some progress shots towards end of the week.

To stop the truck from rolling off the desk, which is a possibility i use some wheel chocks, which works very well!

Budget on this has not really come into it as i needed a 2nd pc to take out and about. So far I have spent about £800, but I have not got alot to do, to get it finished!
