    I tried tweaking my setting this morning. I can get my cpu to 4ghz no prob, cpu temps stay at about 32C. I cannot for the life of me get the ram any higher than 1800mhz tho

    I managed to fix my lock ups by raising the CPU core voltage from 1.38v-1.40v and by dropping the MHz on the ram by about 5MHz (in the BIOS anyway), it dropped about 7MHZ effective looking at it in CPU-Z. I would have just brought faster RAM to start with but my mobo only supports DDR2 6400.
