Wouldn't it be nice when the other two colors on the 5,25" controller fade out when switching to one color? I mean like no christmas tree-ish look of that controller. :p But it's very very nice as it is. Just a little thought. So the color scheme would be a perfect match.

I agree with you 100 % I don't know why they didn't make it that way. In fact I was thinkng about modding that front bezel to hide or dim those lights they are a little too bright. I have some dark blue plexi left and I'm think to cover them with it, if I do I will show it to ya.

    Another idea/problem seems to arise...
Dark blue plexi you say? I mean, light blue LED dimmed by dark blue plexi... will it stay visible? Or maybe it won't be visible even when turned on.
Try to dim it with an icy piece of plexi (maybe the dark blue made icy-ish? :D). Just another idea. :cooldude:

It will still be visible , in fact in will refract and it will light up the whole plexi, and it won't be too bright , just the way I want it , I will give it a try this weekend, if I had time and I will show it to you, those light are extremely strong , much stronger then I like them to be.

Can't you replace them with weaker ones?
Naw, forget it, like the plexi idea more. :D

Hehe you're not gonna let me have some peace are you ??? :)

well nothing right now except that I had a change of heart about the ram, and I replaced them with these:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227210

and oh boy was I happy to make that decision :) the system is so relaxed with 2gigs noting chokes it what so ever, after playing HL2 it used to take a few seconds till it frees the ram and lunch something else now I don't even hear the hardrive spinning when I quit HL2 :)

but I will update soon , My mother is visiting from out of town and she's here till the 24th so I'm trying to be the good sun and spend some time with her, after that I'm itching for some defferent lighting mods and cooling cause those 7800GTX are very hot succers.

    see you soon :)

No heat problems there just those cards run hot by nature and I would like to get some cooling mod , maybe some slot fans UV reactive or something, I have already ran some benchy's all stock though, not bad at all:
