First i wanna give you a word of who i am cause i'm new here, I started with casemodding 4 years ago when i was 13. I did take a lot of practising and now i'm here. I builded about 9 cases who where not completely finished and very bad looking But since there are a few very good cases on the internet, i started to sketch someting on my paper. Then i started to buy some materials for the case. I like the way _ferry_ build his case and Ediejo with his extreme lian li. But i don't have the skills to work with aluminium or metal. But i'm very good with wood, so i build my case from MDF. First i had the idee to begin with a desktop but that was not a solution for what i want, so i started to make a tower. Here are some modding pictures. This is my LCD (a datavision 240x128 for Winamp) This is the top of the case you see on the next a picture a better detail of it I made it from 3mm (white) plexi and then 4mm mdf to end with another 3mm plexi. The alumium strip you see is for placing the led's The three layers next to each other (they need some work) This is the motherboard wich is placed on a 3mm plexi plate, on the top a 4mm MDF plate a couple resistors a few buttons for control winamp My own made psu This gonna be the front like the lian li pc 60/70 (I have to make the on/off button This is the back of the case, the holes for the lpt/com1/com2 do i have to make.
