Only just come across your work - subbed!

On the first page (wayyyyyy back!) you detail these:

    QDC's

Who makes them and what are the sizes?

Seriously, those QDC's might be better than the rest, but they still look like garden hose accessories to me. :/

100.000 K views! Thank you very much all of you:D That is a new record worklog wise!

Thanks man! Hard work will get you anywhere:D

    Thanks dude!

Well, that would not have helped. I had to use the hammer to get the wires OUT of the holder, since they where clammed in place dou to to much friction between the part and the wires, so there was no way i was getting them properly in place, and with the work i already had done, i had no chance of getting them out without smashing the piece:p

    Thanks ! :)

Well, it was good. Because now, i have made them even better, and every time i remake them, i get new ideas:p

As people said in Legoman666´s oil cooled PC, modding is supposed to be the very prototyping of everything:D

Thanks man! I am also proud to be the first to do it:p Lets hope i can finish it before someone beats me to it

CPC is making them, but they are huuuge. Awesome but huge:p

Hehe thank you very much! Time to wake your wife up now:D Use this, and a large speaker:

Was my alarm clock for several years lol!

Yeah i know:p Am in the process of rethinking the idea:hip:

    Black and white update!

14 hours of printing, and 6 hours of acid(bath) later ->

Printed the new 24 pin piece. This time with the opening in the top, instead of bottom. And guess what? The wires slid right in, without ANY violence:wallbash: Should have done this to begin with, but what the heck.

    Another shot from the top.

And with inspiration from Waynio, I made a new PSU grill, not quite done yet. Need stuff for the two last corners.

shot, as it will sit in the case

The evolution of the wire system. from top left you will see:
1: version 1. that was measured wrong contra the position of the PSU
2: version 2. that was to small for the wires to fit proper in.
3: version 3. that was just right, and to the right of that, the cover to cover it all up

And here is last version with the cover on.

All wires fitted in the 24 pin connector piece. I cant decide if i want a clear plate in that hole, so people can see how the wires are routed, or to cover it up completely. Opinions?

    Work In Progress

DOOOOOOOOONE! And this time it FITS!

    And with the gfx connector.

The wires did JUST barely fit in this. Got lucky lol...

With the "lid" on. Cant even see there is any lol.

Next to my wannabe macro lens

N´ just chillin in da window xD

    Until next time, have fun!

I always seem to be late to the party. Awesome build so far keep up the amazing work and I look forward to seeing the finished piece of art you are calling a computer. My vote is no wires showing so cover the hole. +1 on rep and 5 stars and subbed.

Flippen awesome! You've done great considering the crazy-tight tolerances you are working under. I like the fan grill how it is now. If you insist on having the other corners 'grilled', how about using the printer to it's full potential, and having the two parts weave together.:D

Nah, the printer does all the work, but his MEASURING skills and PLOTTING skills are to be commended :)

I vote for a black lid for the 24pin, just to give it a bit of contrast. Clear would ruin the whole point of the contraption.

This 3D printing is awesome. I have been looking at DIY kits for a while now, this may make me bite the bullet when my tax cheque comes in.

3rd times the charm on this one, very good going for such complex pieces.

It does look real neat so I'd say clear plate but like pointed out by furball, kinda defeats the idea of this for invisible wires so a blank plate but either way will look excellent, PSU grill is nice & I agree with cheaps if going both ways on it, sure looks jaw dropping & like nothing else already though. :)

A victory spinning jumping tiger uppercut to the air or an out loud wooo hooooooo when the last of it clicked together, :D or is it just me who does silly things like that when successfully completing a nice piece?. :worried::lol:

Thank you very much man. Apriciate it!

    Thanks:D More awzumness to follow i hope:D

    Stop messing with my mind:p

I aim to inspire:D That is ALWAYS a compliment!

    Makes perfect sense:) Thanks mate!

    Waiting is a skill:D

    Do it!

    Thanks Waynio!

I dont jump or anything, i just get outside and get run down.

Yup, was on my way to the post office to get my package from the ISP so i could get some internet and BAM! Some drunk, high on drugs thug scumbag idiot tool fool decided to drive straight across the road and into me on my bike. Result = him on the ground, me in the air, my bike is now a set of twins (broke in two) and as his scooter hit the ground TONNES of pills flew everywhere.

mother****ing dick cocksucking shitty ass ************... Even threatened one of the withnesess. Police came and took care of it though, but since he bragged about not having any insurance, there is small chance i will get my 2.000$ bike covered though :waah:

Could have gone worse.. None broken bones, but am beat up pritty good.

and now, after 7 hours of waiting in the hospital, i am now finally home and discoveres the ONE bright thing of the day.

My ISP already opened up for the internet, instead of waiting for tomorrow as said in the letter, so i do now have UNLIMITED GB´S! (sort of).

    Thats all from me tonight:wallbash:
