Yes the 90s are a little restrictive, but I don't really care because there's no functionally viable alternative with a case this tightly packed.
True, no added restriction is good. But, they're not the devil. Subject dropped, we both have points. YGPM, good Cap'n.
From the fluid mechanics standpoint, the minor losses associated with each connection, valve, elbow, etc. are dependent on the type. The losses imposed upon a system can be deemed as negligible if they are properly selected. Granted I don't have any experience with water cooling but I don't know of too many water cooling products that come with detailed specs such as this. However, one could assume that this is because the losses that accompany these products are indeed negligible. Fluid mechanics aside, those loops are amongst the cleanest I've seen.
I'm in the process of ordering some vinyl decals for several parts. The case is completely disassembled and will be shipped off tomorrow to receive powder-coating. I made a replacement I/O cover out of 1/16th" ABS As well as one for the video card, and a new support bracket out of PVC.
Hehe, that's not Kanji it's just supposed to look like water. I guess I could have used the Mandarin character for water. Other than the Morden's Rebellion "X" yeah.
Nothing will be happening with this project for the next few days (possibly even a week). I need to make some progress on the plug-bus and most of what's left to do in this project will have to wait until after the parts come back from powder-coating.
I like this mod but I dont understand every symbol of your sign-sheet. third column, first row: USB-input? Last row, first two symbols: firewire in an out?
The powder-coat stuff is running behind schedule because Bonehead Performance is kind of swamped. There won't be any updates in this project until after the parts come back because I have other things occupying my time at the moment. I also decided against getting vinyl decals printed. They were getting silly expensive and I figured out an alternative.
You can buy decal paper or rub on paper to print your own images - either for inkjet or laser. This is one supplier, but there are many and I've even seen the paper available in an office supply store. http://www.decalpaper.com/
If a CNC and a Dremel had a demon child, he'd look like you. Incredible work. I'm totally serious when I say you are THE best modder that the world has ever seen.
Thank you kindly. While I do pride myself on having a diverse skill set I could never accept being considered the "best" in anything.
