Very nice Haz, like the design a lot! I also pondered for aaaaggggeeessss on what shape to cut in the side of my Blue Dragon. In the end I switched the handle side for the plain side and had this saucy lil number cut out :p :p

Obviously I wasn't as determined to keep that handle but still, I don't regret losin it... :D

Great article! I have a Chieftec TX-103 that has that door handle on it--been pondering how to put a window on it while still incorporating the 120mm side fan. You have duly inspired me. May use the same design, but perhaps round those corners just a bit and put molding on them if possible.

mrhaz: what did you use to cut the acrylic? Score and snap? (assuming it's 1/8" acrylic...) Dremel?

hey look everyone .. forum n00b showing haz up!

nice job with the window m8 ... i take jigsaws over dremels any day ... dremels being the single largest waste of money other than girlfriends <-- LOL

any how .. your minor strop at the end about masking tape and the lack of it in your mod .. well it doesn't matter because so called 'permanent pens' can be cleaned off with alcohol ... i think alco pops are a bit too corrosive go for some meths / surgical spirit :p

if the pen wasn't wot u were talking about then eveyone flame me quick!

Bit of score and snap and a bit of dremel, acrylic is pretty easy stuff to cut really ;)
