Hey guys im back with another update :D

I decided this morning that i would make the supports a bit simpler so i am not drilling holes in them and they are a slightly different shape but it like it and it means that i can just about cut them on my scroll saw then i just need to use my belt sander to flatten them down

and then i got them polished (ill get better macro shots another day
    [IMG]

i then drilled and tapped them.

    attached the first
    [IMG]

    And the rest
    [IMG]

Then after a while i had this done :D rad,pump/res and mobo
    [IMG]

Thats it for today so i will hopefully get at least the next four done tomorrow and i hope to have these supports completed by thurs then i need to make the support that runs between the rad and hdd housings to hold the dvd housing.
then i need to wait for money so that i can buy my cable management stuff then i just need to get it painted and its done :D

It looks lovely and all, but I can't help that think extruded/turned Aluminium would have look better.

Hey guys well i have got the hdd mounted to the psu housing :D

    support before polishing after sanding
    [IMG]

    and polished
    [IMG]

    Attached to the psu housing
    [IMG]

And attached to the hdd housing :D
    [IMG]

so there we have it all i have left for these supports is putting feet on the psu housing and then joining that double section to the rest of it then i just have to make the supports for the dvd housing then all fabrication is done :D :D

And i maybe be able to buy some of the stuff for cable management this week/next week

It's becoming a really really nice case, but how are you going to do the wiring and tubing?

Thanks guys And binkz0r i am going to be running black watercooling tubes between the psu housing and other housings with cable extensions in that will be part of the case so that i can just plug the psu in inside the psu housing and then the watercooling tubing will just be routed whichever way seems best :D

    NO CHEAPSKATE! NO!

    :p

Looking good so far Josh... probably the most obvious thing in the world but it'll look a million times better without that protective film over the plexi :)

Well guys another update and its a goodun :D

All the last acrylis supports drilled
    [IMG]

and secured to the mobo housing
    [IMG]

and then secured to the psu housing :D
    [IMG]

then i polished up another rectangle of acrylic
    [IMG]

and cut the rod of arylic i had into two
    [IMG]

and then secured together along with a bit of alu angle
    [IMG]

and attached to the hdd housing
    [IMG]

angle and acrylic then attached to the rad housing
    [IMG]

    woop
    [IMG]

    then layout
    [IMG]

    and secured
    [IMG]

and i can just about lift it!! lol its heavy and i have to get a board for it to sit on so i will barely be able to lift the case alone when its done lol!

Now there really is only wiring and painting to do :D

Hope you like this update i know i do!

    Josh
