Interestingly awesome work!
ok guys on with the next update....
I started off the day by cutting out the front and back sections of the hdd housing.
Then I marked my third 4'x2' sheet of 1.629mm alu for the metal I needed for the dvd housing.
I then cut out the top section
I then quickly got to work on the pump/res housing
And that is all for today
Tomorrows plan of action is to cut and bend the rad housing and then cut the ends for the dvd, pump/res and the rad housings.
Hope you enjoyed this update
Woot Can't wait to see more. Well done
then tune in tomorrow thanks ck
This looks like a very exciting mod! I'm subscribed.
Time for another update. unfortunately its alot smallre as i have been with my girlfriend more today.
but i did get this done :
I started by cutting the lst side panel for the pump/res housing (excuse the wonkyness i just plonked it on for the photo.)
i then got the alu cut out for the two parts of the rad housing.
and got the first part bent
and that is it for today.
more tomorrow though (hopefully quite a bit more!)
bend the second section for the rad housing
cut out the ends for rad,pump/res,cd/dvd
Then after that is done i will lay it out how it will be (without the supports) to show you guys just how big this beast will be!
then it is onto the acrylic work!
Very very nice, Dude you have a real skills with Alum. This rocks keep doing that. I will be here to watch with popcorn

LOLOLOL thanks guys haha you made me laugh lots!
well guys i just had a quick mock up and this thing is huge!!!!
dimensions are as follows about 90cm wide x about 50cm high and about the same deep!!!
damn that thing's huge! how are you going to carry it around? Skycrane?
lol dont need to carry it around once its in my room it will stay there!! lol
and plus when filled it will be soooo heavy (watercooling = heavy)
Sorry I didnt get round to updating last night I ended up staying round a mates house! lol.
So here is last nights update...
I started the day off by bending the second section of the rad housing.
I then did a quick mock up of the overall layout seeing as i have bent all the modules now!
I then got to work on the dvd drive housing and cut a hole for the cables
and riveted the bottom to the rest of the housing.
I then cut the ends
And unfortunately thats all I got time for and I dont have much time today to do much so ill just post what little I do tonight.
Hope you enjoyed it anyway
