    Thanks to every one ;)

Its @ Yep, I'll properly make the sides and the top this week, and there’ll be a window with orange acryl :)

B[x] @ Thank you very much man! I have no plans for optical drives, because of the fridge, the LCD and the watercooling there aren’t space enough.

Where do you plan on placing the radiator? Would an external optical drive mounted on the top work? I don't know the dimensions of your case so this may not be feasible.

    Done :D

And time to find the holes for screws.

    Goooooooood!

Drilled up the holes so i can fit m4 screws :D

And time to mount the motherboard.

    That’s cool.

Hope to get some more done tomorrow! Cya!

Cool, but doesn't the fridge door open to kinda wrong direction now? Atleast I would've made it differently.

Good work with the window and the hex-heads, I didn't realize the case was micro-atx until now. A friddge in uATX-case :) Damn.

    Update 14 – Reservoir @ Tuesday the 20th March 2007.

    Intro
Yesterday my radiator, psu and pump arrived, so i decided to drop the plans about making the panels today, and instead create a reservoir ;)

    The funny part

All right, here’s the first part, I’ve drilled holes for fittings and screws.

Look how straight this is! 6 holes with 60degreeds between each ;)

Nice! Me like.. Very cool look, right?

And here we have the top with packing and screws ;)

    And now, DONE!

    What do you think? ;)

    And mounted in the case.

And all my watercooling until now ;)

    Lets put it together.

    And some water’s needed.

    NO LEAKS!! :D

You made that reservoir yourself? It's very nice looking. Where did you get the material for it?

Don't know the name in english, danish it's "pom" maybe it’s the same word ^^

Yes I did that my self (who else? Lol) with my mill and lathe. I think the result is very good, and when I got the fittings and screws orange, it should look sooooo nice. Just stay here, I’ll maybe have my orange paint tomorrow, so we can see how it’ll look then ;)

    Update 15 – PSU plate @ Friday the 23rd Marc 2007.

    Intro
Today I’ve got some more work done.
I did also made the last side panel, but you have to wait until next update ;)
The idea came when I figured out that the psu was to big to fit the case. I think the result is pretty good. When I get some more time I’ll create some spacers that’ll hold the psu and the case together ;) Lets go.

    The funny part

As you can see, there is not that much space.

    So lets use the dremmel.

    Done.

As you can see, there’s space for everything now.

Then it’s time to create the plate, here I did a little drawing.

All right, we start here. A plexi and a alu sheet.

And once again I need to use the mill.

Now it’s time to make it fit.

    Great!

    What do you think?

I need to cut off those.

And a little mistake I need to fix.

And fixed, it looks much better irl than on the picture, and when the screw is in place, you want see it.

And then it’s time to clean my workshop.

    And then.. ;)

    What do you think?
    Cheers :D

Very nice backplate, the only concern I have is if it's not excessivly restrictive.

I suggest taking a pair of wire cutters to the stock grille. It'll be hidden, and get more airflow.

i agree w/ Bdq, the slots look restricting enough. might wanna take out the stock mesh behind to help temps

The backplate looks really nice, but as mentioned, airflow seems to be pretty restricted. Maybe you could put some spacers between backplate and psu, so the air can be blown to the sides as well.

Thank you guys. I've been thinking about what you said. I think I'll give the psu plate a try, if it's getting too how I'll making a new plate with bigger cracks. I removed the mesh, just didn't get pictures. I'll give you some very soon.

    Update 16 – Plate work part 2 @ wedensdy the 28th March 2007.

    Intro
I got some more work done! Here’s what I need to do on the plates.
    Front - Finished
Side panel with window – Need to be sanded and painted.
Side panel with logo – Need to be sanded and painted.
Top – Need to be sanded and painted.

    Back – Not started
    Bottom – Not started

Now what you’re all looking for; pictures!

    The funny part

I’ll use those to hold the PSU and case together, you’ll see in the next update ;)

The plexi for the window is now cutted.

    Hope it’ll look good.

    And with some screws ;)

How do you think this would look with black brushed panels? Good right?

I thought that it would look good with this text on the other panel, hope i was right :)

And some more plexi, this time frosted.

I hope it’ll look sweet with light in it ;)

And then i mounted this site.

But those screws was a little to long.

Now that little problem has been fixed ;)

    Cool.

And here we have all the panels until now.

I want to start on the back plate this week.

So here’s the plexi and alu, cant wait to mill and see the result ;)

    Hope you’ve enjoyed. Cheers.

    Thats one sick res.

Nice work on the PSU, but won't that rear grill hurt the airflow?

Mankz @ dunno :p Well, I’m not aiming for the big performance with this mod, I just want something that'll look good and so on.
When I did my first mod I was aiming for performance + silence you can see it here http://www.tweak.dk/newtweak/casemod.php?caseid=328 – now I want to try something different, something lighting and good looking. I hope that’s what I have when it’s finished :)
