Not sure your CNC will cope with that.

Lol, I may be teasing now, but I'll put out later. :hehe:

With any luck, I can make that happen. :D

    Lol, pretty cool, huh?

All will be revealed soon enough.

Haha, I'm a guy of many interests...

This is a great design IMHO, but it's not too insane. It's something that I can make quite a few of, and hopefully at a reasonable cost.

Lol, it would definitely give it a workout.

Oh man, you've gone and done it now. Lol. Don't worry guys, I've just been busy with some real life things. Sick kids, daughters' marching band competitions, sick grandma, Jeep maintenance and repairs, and a wife needing attention have all slowed up progress some. I still have a few small things to do on Project: Hutch, and then I can once again focus on OSIDIAS.

So, I'll tell you what, since you all have been so patient, I'll go ahead and show you something. Those blurry pics above are now anything but. Thanks to render guru dark~3nergy, for making the following possible. If you see him post in this thread, please give him some rep. He deserves more thanks than I can give him. This is my mini-itx case I'll be building for resale. I'll start a dedicated thread about it when I'm ready. :D So, without further adieu, introducing Draken...

It's terrific Craig. How much will one of these beauties sell for?

Haha, thanks mate! Selling price, that's the big question, isn't it? Well, I know about what the materials will cost me. The big unknown will be machine time, and finishing labor. I've really got no idea how much prep work will be involved. I've even contemplated selling them as a kit, or with the option for a kit for those that would prefer to do their own labor instead of paying me for mine. The design is somewhat modular, so customization should be easy, and options will be flexible. So, that said, I'm shooting for between $150 and $200 USD. It's possible a kit version would be less. I've got a lot to work out yet, including getting the prototype built.

There is room for a 12" card, as well as a card with a thick custom cooling solution. Think of the Asus Ares for example.

    Thanks bro!

Lol, and it may be. Until I build the first case I won't know for sure. I'l tell you this though, I want to offer a custom built case that will kick the crap out of anything any OEM can offer. Sure, there will be a price premium considering how it's made, but I want to be competitive.
