    @Mankz. - The tubing layout is just a test and not final, I just wanted to be able to boot it up and start on some of the software side mods (and make sure my hardware still works).

    @Nexxo - I used 1/2 for the main loop with 1/2" high flow barbs (11mm ID), and I like the look of the 1/2" tubing - it bends enough for me. This is just a tubing test, the final layout will be a bit different as the shrouds will add some complexity. There are no reservoirs, but there will be expansion space above the T's/Q's which are at the top pump inlet, and the mosfet block inlet - as stated before I'll fill you in on the details about that later.

    @bradders2125 - Just a tubing test, I'm not worried about tubing lengths so much as much as aesthetics... once the copper shrouds are in place it will all make sense.

    @pizan - I have an extra set of mobo blocks, the D-Tek, about 25 barbs, 2x Liang DDCs, two rolls of tubing I didn't like... and a whole boat load of other stuff that didn't make the cut. Some will go on eBay, the rest will go to my next mod.

    Not too shabby, bro.

    That 3x120 is enough, but not enough for a massive overclock.

    I understand exactly what you did there.

    Hey, gonna move to Deneb when it hits? It's supported on that board...

    @Omen - Thanks man.

    @KayinBlack - I had considered it, but we'll see when it hits (I may upgrade the entire mainboard). I don't know why this board hasn't been more popular it's really a fantastic mainboard. One of my favorite features is the embedded Linux OS and the small flash drive that lets you boot into a mini OS and browse the web - w/o accessing your HDDs. ASUS calls this feature ExpressGate and it's bloody genius - for example you can use your rig to search for troubleshooting answers even when your OS is buggered.

    The sun is out so I got some better pictures.

    Here is the 'fillport' for the first loop - this will be a bit more complex later on.
    [IMG]

    Here is the 'fillport' for the second loop, This T will be swapped for a Q and too will have a bit more added to it.
    [IMG]

    Here's where the Pico Rad will be mounted:
    [IMG]

    Here is a super simplified version of what will -sort of- be happening later.
    *click for big*
    [IMG]

    I must stress that this is just the beginning, I have quite a few surprises left for this loop.
    Also I will note that because of the second loop I'll no-longer be running the blocks in parallel - like my first diagram showed. The added tubes of the second loop kind of ruined that plan.

    SO much more coming.
    Tune in soon.

    nice progress m8...
    i haven't posted anything before but i've been watching closely

    have you though of copper plating those hose springs? (and the fittings maybe)
    i chrome plated some of mine for another project, and i must say that the result is impressive.
    (as long as the parts are not aluminum so that they can be metal plated)

    keep up the good work...
    eagerly awaiting the next update

    I have faith in his tube routing abilities... I know he's not going to build such an awesome case, only to be lax in his liquid redirection and thermal level renegotiation skills! :thumb:

    Yeah what he said! I think. The hoses and loops look good to me. I've spent the day trying to keep my little 2 X 40 radiator from leaking. I think I have it figured out and will share my results tonight Jesse. It's not 3/8" ID hose size despite what the web sites say.

    Fair enough, but keep in mind that the GPU blocks are too restrictive to offer you any benefit of such large diameter tubing.

    Still: tasty. :cooldude:

    @slackerXL - I'm actually going to be sleeving the tubes in the Nylon Multifilament sleeving I posted a short while back. I do have a couple hundred feet of copper flat wire, I was gong to experiment with wrapping the tubes in that.

    @ry@n - Thanks a lot man.

    @craigbru - Thanks for the vote of confidence mate. I got your email, just haven't had a chance to draw any concepts yet.

    @Nolimited - Should be soon. Thanks mate.

    @minilogoman - Me too man, I can see the end coming soon.

    @jhanlon303 - I figured that out as well... *******s!

    @nikeunltd - Thanks mate.

    @Nexxo - Thanks mate. The 1/2" looks mighty though =).

    No worries man. I'm in the middle of some serious data recovery endeavors right now anyway. Wanna see a grown man cry? You just gotta make 200 GB's of his life disappear... :wallbash:

    That looks terrific! :thumb:
    I'm only used to seeing green or red tubes, but that tubing looks
    far superior (imho).

    You can see the difference in colour between the two tubing sizes - the colour difference is much more apparent to the human eye... luckily I'll be sleeving the tubes.

    Dude,
    That list is impossible.
    I have 1 - 24 pin, 2 - 4 pin molex and 1 SATA on order.
    Even with my EE degree I couldn't sort all that out. :jawdrop:

    I only wish someone would make a 90 degree 20/24 connector. Solve many space problems.
