This project was started a while back under a different name it got shelved bcause of some different reasons i am not going to go into.

But either way i have decided to resurect this project and do a few changes the idea behind this is to do a case that has both class and purity in form.

The case windows will be along a tribal design which is done alot these days but still a challange to do especially without all the fancy machines and just a dremel.

The inside of the case will be done so with cover over the motherboard so that all you will see is the vidcard and the ram leds (Going to use Corsair XMS Ram) the powersupply is going to be moved so it is somewhat hidden and all wireing will be hidden as much as possable.

In this thread there are some shots of a the interior being chromed i don't have those parts anymore so i am doing anouther case now and having more stuff chormed.

The panels for this will be done in a high gloss black along the lines of a piano black the windows will have tint on them so when the lights are off the case will look real clean.

The lighting for this case will be all white no colors what so ever i have been looking at doing something with the door in the way of a design possable kenja symbols speeling out purity and lighting those with red leds but not sure on that still kind of up in the air.

The parts for this will be all top line equipment havn't finalised that part of it but should have that set up soon.

So hope you like this and check back as it will be changing soon.

Well enough of the intro and lets start with the pics.

    Top and side window

Here is the side window design that we came up with.

    Here it is in progress.

    Some what finished.

This was not alot of fun to much detail ate alot of wheels on the dremel :dremel:

Here is the top of the case Boring have to do something with it.

Here is the design for it.

This one wasn't as bad to do as the door was a little simpler.

lets see if we can get this all in one peice

    we did it

Ok here is the window cut out first step

Still lots to go on this seems never ending trying to get all the burrs and such out.

But here it is at about the final stages just have a little left to do then it is off to the painter.

Well that is all the side and top panels now on to the front.

ouch, lots of filing work ahead for you eh man?

For some really good tribal designs practice and learn the pen tool in photoshop or slines in AutoCAD (if you have either) You can get exact measures and make flowing curves with sharp edges.

    Front Panel

Ok for the front panel we are going to do a turbo intake look so have to redo the intakes and front.

Here is the start forgot to take a before shot sorry about that.

Well now time to fill all those nasty ribs and what better then a little fiberglass reinforced filler mmm (Not to self This looks good on it's own if you were looking for the ozzing look maybe the next mod)

Well time to sand and fill some of this here it is in the first few stages.

Well it is starting to take shape looking better.

This smoothed in nicely once it is painted will look like it belongs there.

Ok well that is it for the front panel something else for the painter should be interesting to see once it is painted.

I would have taken more pics but the final coat of filler was done at the painters so wasn't there for it.

This was actually done free hand by the same guy that painted my Hummer pc not perfect but that is also what gives it a little more not so perfect.

the fibre glass reinforced stuff is made for the motor trade as a bridging compound for bogging up old bangers and can be picked up in any motor accessories shop just look for the bodywork section

davids isopon p40 is prolly the best stuff around also known as "that pink muck"
