Right I dint mod for 2 day’s because I just got my drivers licence, so I had to pick up my mate and go to the mac drive. (golden moments :p )

I still needed some stuff, so I got into my car :hehe: and whent tho the local hardware shop.

With the nice weather the dwarf rabbit of my sister is loose in the backyard, the temptation was hard to resist but I dint mod him in the end.

The mitre box works like a charm. :D
    [IMG]

The bottomplate is the only plate where ill be putting in pop rivets, cant see it anyway when its on the ground :p
    [IMG]

    Closeup rivet.

And the whole thing with evrything in place, it was a bit dark and the cam dint make a nice picture, not even with the flash on.

    Aaaigt some new pix

So time for a quick tutorial :p to make a baseplate.

First get 4 pieces of alu and saw it in the mitre box.

Then mark the places for the holes.

Then just whack in a centerpoint for your drill and convenience ;) :hehe: then just drill the holes (duh)

And u end up with this :D
    [IMG]

After that its just a matter of tapping in some screw wire or put in some pop rivets.

A lot of work but well worth it as u can see :D

I kinda noticed their werent to many reply’s in my thread, what do I have to make to get you peepz wild ;)

Todat it was time to mount some plexi into the frame. ;)

I marked some holes and started drilling.

Then just clamp a piece of plexi behind it, mark it and drill it sloooowly.

Then I made a little hole for the fan, I did this using my 7 hole saw in my faithful Bosch handdrill ;) :hehe:
Actually I find it a small wonder that it went right the first time without breaking the pexiglas :p :naughty:

/me placed a sidepannel just for the fun of it, u can see its getting shape a bit ;)

extremely well done... and i dont know how you resisted the temptation to "Mod" the bunny, you are clearly a very patient man.

I love the look of the side panel, hard work pays off.
