I had use whole night day to cap the photo,
And intend how to use my CNC MACHINE~

 

A example like right side panel~I have used SKETCHUP,CORELDRAW,ARTCAM AND KCAM To make this.
I need to output the 2D Draw in GOOGLE Sketchup~
And I use the PDF format in the document,because the outline is clear that JPG format.

 

And the next step ,
I need to combine and amend a line in Corel Draw

 

When I be amended a line in 2D,
and the next step is intend the 2D graphic in ARTCAM

 

Now, the G-GODE for the CNC MACHINE(g-gode) is coming in to be ARTCAM

And the step is following picture~





We need to choose the 2D profile~

 

There is the 2D profile MENU~

 

First Step ,we make the decsion in the Depth point~






And what tool to use for the progress~
I also used the END MILLE when I cut the PIECES~







After that, and tell the CNC Machine what material will use.

 

Calculate this parts~
And the ARTCAM will render the in 3D.




SAVE the FILE FORMAT to G-GODE(*.CG)

 

The G-CODE in wordpad just like this~

 

Open File in KCAM Programme.

 

And U confirm your's CNC MACHINE X.Y and Z postion are also ZREO certainly........

THE step of this part are 992~ About need one hours to finish the cutting.

 

The CNC is running~

 

I will tell the holes net how to make at tomorrow night .

The CNC is getting some problem, I still to find the motor on this one~

Yes, this can cool down the heat when the machine is running~

 

This week I, I have to done the cover with the HDD external Case, about have 50% done in the project~
