Well since he's using a slot dvd drive i assume hes going to cut a nice little slot in the front plexi for a very simplistic but cool look. Looking forward to the updates :thumb:

Man that is one slick looking mod

However, I have to ask, seeing as you are using so little of the original Lian-Li PC60, why did you go for that case

Thank you guys for the compliments!! I appreciate that :) .

Thank you Piloux! If I see your mods push the boundaries of casemodding still a bit further, I want to push my casemods also to the limit ;) . You're mods are great, astonishing!

wow dude, i usually dont post in project logs.. but this is looking very sexy.
i thought it was going to be another UV lian-li. but that front cut took me for a loop. you might wanna get the ^ intake thing on the front of the case attached a little better because it looks a bit loose.

i rreally like the front like that, but i dont know if i like the metallic blue on the inside, looks almost like a baby blue color =\ im not a fan of baby blue =)
maybe some silver paint? to go with aluminum? ahh i dunno.. we shall see =P

i was thinkin if you got a VFD you could sand off a [] section of that paint on the inside of the front plexi for the VFD there and kinda "stealth" it you know?
that is, IF you are gonna have a VFD =)

how nice would it look for a 5" LCD on the front tho? mmm. with a lil alu border....

but this is exactally the theme i was planning with my next project - but bigger. IF i ever get some damned time =) :waah:

lookin awsome dude. :dremel: keep up the great work.

Ah, but he got the colour right - I've been inside a small scientific reactor and you could see the core through the protective layer of some 15 meters of water, and it shines BLUE. Deadly electrical looking BLUE. This happens because in the nuclear reactions you get a stream of high-energy particles speeding at almost the speed of light - 300000km/s but the speed of light in water is much smaller - only 3/4 of that in vacum, so the particles actually go faster then light in the reactor core and when they slow down they emit the cool looking blue light...
