At long last, my case is 100% finished, just in time for Christmas.

This is the holes for the crossflow fan, but due to the caseskin, not enough air can flow through, so I bought a scapel

4 hours, and 251 holes later I have made a neat job, allowing air to flow to the computer

Steel wool, to polish the backplates. They now look so shiney!

I finally got my PSOne screen working, I gave up on the VGA version and went s-video instead. Personally I think the picture quality is better, I have made a guide on this here

I've done some last minute bits today, including driving across the city (and to Portsmouth too) to try and find some red CCFL's, but each one of them turned out bright pink, I was left with 8 pink CCFL's so decided to do something about 2 of them, by buying some reflective red paper, and using some thin red paper.
CCFL wrapped in red, and set on refective red

The 74GB Raptor I bought was faulty, but was taking so long to be RMA'd to Germany, so I decided to buy another Raptor and sell the replacement when I get it. Just so I can finish this before Christmas!

    What a result!

I also made a mousepad using the excess caseskin and sticking the HL2 logo on an old mousepad. Luckily the laser mouse works perfectly on it.

    (I've got a new 2005FPW mind!)

I'm very pleased with how this has turned out, it took much longer than planned as was bugged down a little with problems. Now it's done

The red internal glow definately compliments the case skin! Outstanding job you've done there!

WTF? You revive an 11-month-old thread to complain about the pictures...

Just because you're 14 doesn't mean you can act like a noob forever.

Hmm, I see some of the pics aren't working and I'll sort that when I get back home in a couple days.

You can see the project log here anyway.

Hey guys, I've re-uploaded the photos on this page. The others are ok. I assume its due to the amount of bandwidth used to view these pics on the last page, as a result Imageshack removed them.

As I said, it can also be viewed here.
