hey, about the bloddy fan, it might not work with a pc fan, i read somewhere that they have a minimum speed at which they will turn, so if you cant slow it down, then find a small analog fan, like in those little hand fans and run that motor.

Analog fan wont work either. Your best bet is to use a stepper fan with a counter circuit.

no, this is the best photo i could get, as to how it was made i simply cut the comers to make the general shape, then i cut the lines that divide the colors to help painting, then fallow this guide

    http://www.metku.net/index.html?sect=view&n=1&path=mods/screws/index_eng

i like the power button idea, also i think that the power light should be blue and the activity light should be green

Ok, Here It is...I don't know why it's so blurry, he needs a better camera :hehe: [IMG]

I like the idea and all but I think I'll stick with the bullet themed Screws and have the power button as the Umbrella Corporation logo...What do you think?

    Later..

the umbrela power button sounds great, just remember when you make the logo make sure that the 1 is on the top surface or to use bondo.

Well I started Painting my case today and laying out for fans and all that jazz...I wish my palm pilot would sync with the comp. i've re-installed the software and everything, it think it's the Cradle, well the USB connection for the cradle... I'm going to try it on my other computer and if it doesn't work then it's the cradle...I'll try getting pictures up ASAP...sorry for no pics so far guys :( anyway, I'm going out and getting some more stuff for the comp., well for the window, some Clear plexi tubing for around the window so I won't cut my fingers and if I have the cash, some Plexi for the window.

    Anyway, Post More tomorrow

Ohh..Some new ideas too, forgot to mention them in the post above ^^...I've recieved plans on building a Taser/Stun gun, I know they're Illegal in Canada but I believe, because I'm not using it for Protection, and only for effect in my case, That it would be accepted for use in my computer case. I had the idea to have the electricity flowing from 2 terminals in one of the 5 1/2" drive bays and have it completely isolated from any other component for fear of destruction of other items in the case, But I think It'd look cool, Have a clear drive cover showing off the Electricity jumping from one electrode to another. Aswell, the rear fan, I Drew up the umbrella corp logo on the back of my case, I had painted the Inside and the Back of the case White and I Sharpied the Umbrella Corp Logo with a Red Sharpie, so I'm in A Delema...What colour, or color for you Americans, to cut out? the white of the fan grill or the red... the fan grill is nothing more then a roundish looking piece with holes drilled in it, you all know what i'm talking about...I'll show you pics as soon as I get them, I Promise!! lol...Anyway, I'm Painting the Exterior today(Friday) Red and putting the Plexi tubing around the Window. As for getting th Plexi Today, it won't happen...something came up and I had to pay a bill.. :duh: :waah: So I have like $5CAN, lol not alot Eh?! lol...Anywho, on the front of the case I plan on Patching up Alot of the open areas on it, Like the Silver Grill at the bottom is getting Filled with Plastic, as well as the USB port, this Is becasue I'm drilling a hole in the front for the front fan idea I was stating before, about the bloody white fan, I think it'll look cool, and have a clear piece of Acrylic tubing Illuminated Red by an LED and showing off the Fan, I think it sounds cool :thumb: As well the stealthy black power and reset button on the front of the case in one of the pics on Pg. 2 i think it is, it's gettin' super-glued in place and getting painted as my new form of power switch will be taking it's place..:) Good old Magnetic Card Reader hard wired into the ATX 24 Pin Power Connector...heh, sounds good doesn't it?

    Anyway..Untill Next Time...
