This is my almost finished passive watercooling case:
    Configuration:
    DFI Lanparty NF2 Ultra B
    Athlon 2500 XP
    Apacer 512MB RAM
    HIS Radeon x800 Pro
    Q-Tec 550W PSU
    Seagate 120GB HDD
    HP DVD 840b LightScribe
    ...and water. ca 0,8 litres.

The idea was to made the case as quiet as possible.
    I got examples from here:
    http://www.overclockers.com/tips1085/
    and:
    http://www.webx.dk/oz2cpu/pcmod/radi2.htm
My self-made radiator is circa 6 metres long.
    Cooling area is 0,2 m2. (Zalman's Reserator's coolin area is 1,2 m2)

    Temperatures with 22C' roomtemp:
    idle: CPU: 46C', case 32C'
    load: CPU: ~50C'

Something like that I expected, but I want to add a VGA-waterblock too, which means in the future I will have to increase the cooling area the radiators.

Now let's see what have I done for now:
My old waterpumps output nozzle falls to pieces, so I decided to fix it:
I left this piece (input nozzle):[IMG]
Fitting the nozzle into 8mm plexi:
Making next part. For the propeller:
2 pieces of plexi are glued and making a hole with a milling machine:
    Hole is almost ready:
Last 0,3mm I cutted with knife and here is finished and polished part:
Next I made a hole for output. On the pictures you see already polished detail:
Last part of 8mm plexi with the thread for the nozzle:
All pieces glued together ready for the milling machine:
    After polishing:
    And with the pump:
The whole new pump. With mandatory LED, of course :

    Working:

More pics from waterblocks and watercooled PSU will be soon...

    HOLY CRAP! :jawdrop:

That's awesome how you rebuilt the whole front of the pump like that. Definetly looks better than just the plain ole stock plastic. You should definetly bang up some schematics and instructions on what you did cause that looks very good. Are you worried that the plastic peices you glued will leak or break apart?

Also the rest of the case looks good as well, great paintwork and nice molding work on the front bottom.

    Thanks for comments!
Temperatures are OK for me for now, cause on the other same kind projects(check my first post on the toppic) they are same. I knew, what to expect.
In the future I want to increase the cooling area anyway.

    Pictures of my watercooled PSU(Q-Tec550W):
This is not full worklog, because I didn't have camera on the right time...

Waterblock is made of 5mm copper and pipe 10/8mm(outer/inner diameter).
    Soldered together.

Almost ready, with extra relay for waterpump:

Because it is 550W power supply and Q-Tec is not the best,so I decided to add one 80mm fan too.
Fan is Zalman's slim version, which works on 7V.

    Covering rear panel of PSU:
The net is from one old speaker, soldered on PSU panel.

    About the case:

Cause I didn't have "instant rust" spray, I tried to get same look with different acrylic colours:
    - brown
    - silver metallic
    - bronze metallic
    and chalk powder

    Pictures:
(some of them are taken, when paint is not dry - they look like a pizza or smthg...)

Nice water cooler setup but the design and the paint on it isnt very appealing, just looks cheesy, I d rather just have a metalic box on my desk than that... :grr:

    Pump's modding idea from Laing:
    http://www.forumdeluxx.de/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=51398&size=big&password=&sort=1&cat=last1
That was simply too expensive to me so I decided to make my own.
Btw, it's good to read, that someone don't like my paintjob - that's the idea.
