    right Paul from Coolercases sent me down his old stacker case, since I haven't had a watercooled pc for quite a while, I decided its about time I had one again. I miss the coolness, the awesome temps, and peace!!

    I pretty much sunddely decided to do it in one day, which ended up leading to two, because nothing ever goes to plan!

    First of i installed the GFX block on the 8800gtx

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    i then decided, acutally I don't have a res, and under some crap I found a random fill pot?? so i thought, awesome, I'll use that..

    [IMG]

    I then mounted the pump..

    [IMG]

    [IMG]

    and hard drive cooler!

    [IMG]

    started making the loop (which has now changed)

    Installed the Mobo..

    [IMG]

    My first attempt.

    [IMG]

    Problems:

    1. Needed a T instead of Y
    2. Waterflow was wrong way around on pump

    [IMG]

    pulled it apart.. and couldn't find a T peace anywhere, so Paul gave me a idea to use another res, can't believe I didnt even think of it. So I used the spare res I had out of my watercooled car pc...

    WOOOO it works!

    Looking good mate :D
    I'm using the standard feet on mine, got the casters as spare too. Not sure what to suggest really, looked round any of the decent sites?

    Even same color of case :D. Some changes of feet or you leave them original?

    I would be interested to see the temperature difference in each card.

    Are you going to WC the second one, do you think that 240 rad will be up to the job?

    I see that the fillport tube is now just a holder for the res. Is there any way of attaching the tube into the top of the rad where the filler cap is, then you can combine a fillport and a res.

    And one more thing - change those Titan funs to something silent and more efficient (Noctua for example) ;)

    well..

    gfx card on air @ idle = 76c
    watercooled = 58c

    on load.

    air = 85c sometimes 90!
    water = 60 max.

    cpu

    air = 60+ idle
    water = 45c idle

    load:

    air = 75c+
    water = 50c Max.

    I am going to water cool the other one, I'm just waiting on the block. tbh matt i really dont want a res, it just slows down water flow and causes air problems, so i cant wait to get rid of it.

    yeah JBL, that sounds like a plan tbh. (looks into it).

    what do you lot think of these results?

    [IMG]

    i have to admit i'm not over impressed with it... spec =

    amd 6000+
    2 x 8800gtx
    4gb ram
    m2n32 motherboard..

    others to compare (similar spec):
    http://service.futuremark.com/resultComparison.action?compareResultId=173777&compareResultType=19
    (he has overclocked his gfx card a little)

    it seems the 8800gtx sli averge is around 9500/10000, im no where near it, how come?? this always happens to me with 3dmark, why i never like to know my score

    What is "tbh"?
    Indeed, the score is strange. Maybe some BIOS setups? Hardware incompatibility?

    Yeah,

    bugger having a low score, ive spent AGES modding vista and stuff.

    im running the latest nvidia drivers (177) with modded nv_disp.ini file.
    updated bios
    updated chipset drivers
    went through vista, turned just about every crap service that im never gonna use..

    after all this.. i finally got this:

    [IMG]

    really happy with that score :lol:

    that score is my computer fully stock, no overclocking.

    so ive deffo beat http://service.futuremark.com/resultComparison.action?compareResultId=173777&compareResultType=19

    and im not overclocked
