Case Mod - In Progress Project SH-B

Here I am again after a grueling summer session.

I again thank Aquatuning / Alphacool for a new full package of fittings:



Here I created two holes 20mm on midplate for bulkhead, finally I connected two adapters g1 / 4 Rotary.


Finally I started with the first test, of course inside missing several pieces, as you can see the fan controller was placed on the MB tray.

I don't want to be an asshole, but you didn't crimp the wires as you should and also melt the sleeving tip at the correct point. You risk pulling the wire from the pin like that.

Wires it's correctly crimped ,from the photos there is probably a wrong perspective...I already sleeve many other PSU .

Update, 24 pin complete :

that one 'closest' to us looks like there is a gap between the wire's plastic cover and the part of the pin that has to go onto that cover

the back blue also doesn't look like any of the wire cover is crimped into the pin

how does that sleeve actually stay in place? must have had to melt quite a bit to have it stick to the plastic of the wire

 

+3. That is begging to pull away and show its ass crack.

 

I will check again the cables,and yes the blue it's not correctly crimped ,but the other are crimped correctly .... I repeat are not a neophyte of the sleeving I thanks everyone who intervened

Today I do some test for check the correctly working of the 24 pin

 

After much work we have come to the conclusion of this project
