How about using a marker to ink in the 'raw' edge of that fan guard so it doesn't stand out so much?

I saw Spodes in your sig, but I saw Texas in your location and got confused. But never mind, the great knowledge of Mike! ;)

The edge has been inked in, it just leaves a glossy colour on it, the camera's flash bounces off this nicely. The pictures were just taken were I was working, when I do the final ones, I will get it in a properly lit area, so that I dont have to use a flash.

Yeah, I guess that can be a little confusing. I am not in Kent like all the rest of the SA Team. :D One thing, I still like the original Jolly Roger grill you had planned but this one looks so much more evil. :worried:

Oh right, you are there "US contact" then . I wasnt going for the piratey feel that much, more of an evil grrr'y looking edge to the case, but still somehow echo'ing the pirate'y goodness. You should see it all together, I does look a tad mean, rarr! :p

Hardware in, running sweet after a few issues with my WD HDD, in the end taking the jumper off completely made it work perfectly . Pics will be up at the weekend, when I will be working on it again.
Sorry for lack of updates, have had a lot on my plate, the pressure and work load of A-Levels finally hit me (only took 4 weeks!).

Seriously considering paintin the whole inside white.........

Western Digital hard drives, when they're the only device on the chain, like to be jumper free.

Or to be jumpered across the bottom pin of master & slave [ horizontally ].

Weird. I wonder why only their brand of HDDs does this. :sigh:

I dont know, confused the hell out of me. And for a 16 year old, i have delt with a surprising amount of HDD's, and there problems, i have never had one like this. I knew it would work without, but, is just strange. Thought it was my motherboard to start >.<!
