The parallel port, I agree. Somehow I did not "see-it". At this point painting is not an option. The Mb would have to come out and that would require hours/hours of work..Perhaps an acrylic cover..
For now the main thing is to find/fix the weep. It sounds like next weekend will include a bit of back-tracking..There is also an issue with the mesh PSU cover that needs to be addressed..Such is Life..
@Zds: The springs on the videocard block are necessary to avoid a kink, the ones on the CPU block are only for looks..I like the springs, they look good on the black Tygon..

    www.perofrmance-pcs.com? :p
And MS can't you take some spraypaint, cover a little area around the port and paint it? Doesn't seem too much work to me looking at the work you've done 'till now with all that details that been improved over and over again. :)

    You must have missed that.

    Just to elaborate though...
Alright MS, heres what you do with he parallel port. Make it look like all the other back ports with some thin shiny sheet metal, or something of the like, basically a little metal box to cover it, just like all the other back ports.

take some aluminium foil and a bottle of PVA (or maybe something a little stronger) and glue that over the whole of the top of the port. i've seen floppy and cd-rom bezels covered with al-foil and they look pretty good

pain in the ass and it'd look bad, worse than a little box over it.

We'll see what he says, i was going to suggest the clipping off, but i imagine he would have thought of that and suggested/ done it if he didn't want to keep it. And simon, it'd be a pain in the ass to mask that and he said he didn't want to do paint anyways.

Sharpie. It would blend in pretty well, and give it 3-4 coats and it'll be invisible.

Thanks for the ideas Guys. All viable options.
    The Loop:
Located the leak (weep). It was from one of the plugs on the backside of the AquaBox reservoir. It just was not very tight (my-bad  )..
We will run the loop for a few more hours just to make-sure..
With just a bit more wiring and some thermal-compound, the machine should be ready to post. That will be my focus this weekend. After that we will come back to the list of details that still need attention for this machine to be FIN. Speaking of details:
The Billet Specialites hose separators showed-up today
    [IMG]
Nexxo discovered these quite some time ago. They are very nice. We will see how the work out..

Paint the little allen key hole in there green?

I was thinking, if you hadn't located the weep, then maybe just a black BI GT and one of those aluminum panaflo's or aoc's, polished, and with some green accents?

Still checking the loop, but it seems the fix was just that simple..Did not have to drain the loop or take anything apart..
I was worried it was indeed the chrome BIX radiator (as they are now discontinued)..
I did find a US retailer who has a few in stock

    ChopperComputers
a small company building (U-guessed it) motorcycle-style computers..

That was my guess was a loose fitting nothing drastic.

Your correct hydro. If it had been a compression fitting on the AquaBox I would have had to drain the loop and remove the reservoir to fix the problem. The fix was EZ..I got lucky..
We will see if my luck continues this weekend when I push the power button for the first time..Always an anxious moment..
