Ello, this project involves integrating and running a complete computer system into a custom made box.

I want to clarify that the box was not built by me, i do not posess any l337 welding skills at all :)

1st out, the overall look of the box. Pretty ghetto looking.

    The innards:
    40GB WD HDD

    Gigabyte Matx Mobo:

    Kingston Value Ram

HEC 250W True Power PSU(no pic yet)

Finalized layout would look something like this

If all goes well, my design and changes will be mass produced and put into usage in approximately 150 vessels around da world.. :)

Ok started working on it at 1030AM. Worked on the removable mobo tray first. This is what i had to do to the tray
    [IMG]

Clamped an old mobo tray onto it, you can see my respirator in the pic :)

After roughly 20 mins, we have this
    [IMG]

    Motherboard risers

    Mounted onto the tray

Moving on to the blowhole, which was a super biatch to cut.

Note that the material used was 1.5mm Stainless Steel.
Initially i used my holesaw on the 1st blowhole, but after 10 minutes of drilling, realized my holesaw had become botak already~ damn... so i had to do it the manual way, with some good ol' dremelling action.

After 2 hrs.... yeap.. about 1 hr for each blowhole..... used 4 reinforced discs.. i finally got it done, drilled the fanholes and attached the fan
    [IMG]

Final step involved assembling the entire case and shoving everything into the box.

A look inside~ damn messy~! no time to clear up the cables as my client was waiting at the front
