    I thought you were planning to do the machining yourself. Titanium can be difficult to work with.

    If you do 8"^3 and mount the mobo on a 45º you have more than enough room. Then you could mount the 5 1/4" ers either at the very top on one side, the very bottom on one side, or on a 45...

    I think you're trying to make your case too practical :D
