    Hello everyone.

Let's go back here with a new mod the Synthesis.

Based on the Corsair Carbide Air 540 case.

I hope you worklog you like, but also to spend some time discussing the fantastic world of modding.

I take this opportunity to thank EK Water blocks that kindly provided me some of the cooling material as a sponsor.

A big thank you also goes to Ybris Cooling and Alessandro Paxia, for collaboration and availability as always to the top.

If you like, take a look at this video intro, as I've always done to create a story about mod.

Below the link to the video and follow the first pictures.

    Stay tuned.

Okay, sharpened the Dremel, you're starting to make some cuts.

In these photos we see the adaptation of EK-CoolStream PE 360 (Triple) rad on the front of the case.

This operation was done to raise the work as a consensus to placing the plexy base in the lower part of the case. (As we will see in the photos).

    Stay tuned.

Well after 360 rad on the front touches the 240 on the top.

In these photos we will see the adaptation of EK-CoolStream PE 240 (Dual) rad on top from the case.

The work will be shifted further so as not to annoy the fittings of the one on the front, because the loops will be made very special (in detail, see later).

For this modification, special aluminum supports have been built and made entirely by hand.

    Stay ever tuned.

    It goes on.

In these photos we will see the predisposition and test assembly of the EK-XRES 100 Revo Combo, which will be combined with a different D5 pump.

We will also see the change to the bay basket from 5.25, and then we will see what it is for.

    Stay tuned.

    Hard work begins here.

In these photos you begin to see the work for the passage of the tubes on the opposite side of the case (psu side).

It is a very complicated and sophisticated loop to be made with the rigid as we will see even further.

Here precision and design in the smallest detail is all.

    Stay tuned.

    Ok let's go ahead.

In order to set up the cpu loop i must mount the MB block.

In these photos we will see the assembly of the awesome Z 170 A X Power Gaming Titanium edition.

We will see the mounting of the EK-FB monoblock MSI Z 170 A X Power TE, which will to keep under control the hot spirits of 6700 K and the MB vrm.

We will also see the mounting of a probe that will detect the monoblock temp.

    Stay tuned.

    The work goes on.

In these photos we will see the motherboard test mounting with it's monoblock

This procedure is used for the preparation of pipes and fittings (later we will see the passage of the pipes).

A very complex job considering the very limited spaces.

In particular, take a look at where the snake curves pass behind the rad on the top after installing the test fan.

    Stay tuned.

    Other material.

    Here are the pictures.

If you like, take a look at the short video presentation of the pieces.

NB. The wb for the 290 that you see in the video has nothing to do with this mod, and the Aquaero seen before was mounted on my pc and taken to make the pre-mount because the new one had not arrived.

Below the link to the video.

    Stay tuned.

Ok, seeing the last material arrived, let's continue.

In these photos we will see the midplate in the psu side and the Aquaero High Flow and Vortex flowmeter support.

I remind you that this mode will be all in sight, both from the mb side (obvious) and also psu side.

    Stay tuned.
