UPDATE: The case has been ordered, should be here at the end of next week, we are going to start planning fan placement. We decided to take the power supply and flip it upside down, so that the fan sucks in cool air from a blowhole in the top of the case, and blows it out the back of the psu. This will keep the powe supply cooling seprate from the rest of the computer. We are thinking about 2 fans on the top blowing in, and 2 fans on back blowing in, and 4 fans on the bottom blowing out. I think this is overkill, but this isn't my machine, so i only suggest. He's thinking they won't all be on at the at the same time... Also, the modem has been dropped out of the case, he says hes never going to use this computer on the net.
i would make the fans on the top blow out cause heat rises, the fans on the bottom blow in. i don't know much about the case. but thats how i got my rig set up.
This is true, but all options will be explored. Okay Small update time. Case came today. Had a little trouble prying it from fedex's hands . It is the lian-li. Very secksy! Will try to post pictures soon. Also, a theme has been found and a plan is formulating. It is going to be deep purple and dark green. with some cool windows, and lightning etches. Also, it is gonna have one of these: The project has a name too, but i can't spell it, so I will put it up later.
