Project: the **Bunker**

First of all, I want to introduce my project: the**Bunker I'll started it on the specification:

Sapphire Ati Radeon 9600 Atlantis
Seagate Barracuda 160gb 7200.7rpm

Cooling devices:
Themaltake Aquarius II
Delta 80mm fan (4k rpm)
2x Generic 80mm slim type fan transparent (2.8k rpm)
NMB 60mm fan (2.8k rpm)

Now for the Introduction, I started this project on May 30, 2005 9:00pm on my room just to plan and prepare the materials My concept is to build a bunker, don't ask me why coz I really dont know why I'm doing this project

Take a look on my current rig now. Im using a Geforce4 mx440 now , I dont want to use now my ATI 9600, coz I'll use it when the project was finish.

Now time to show what I've done on the past few months.

I use acrylic for my case and as you can see there's a mesh grill for the intake fans, I use aluminum angle bar for their brace and stainless bolts and nuts

 

As you can see there's no top and front panel. I will do it last coz Im waiting for my PS One LCD.

Sweet project dude!!! Nice use of the oven toaster!!! Very genuine!! PINOY STYLE!!! LOL.

 

You know you can use a hair dryer to bend acrylic too.

 

I used a normal old heat gun to bend mine.

I use Pioneer Epoxy All Purpose and Dark Green Paint. To make it as a Cammoflauge

Yea boy,... you file that to the line Yo QM,... you dont believe in acrylic cement? Also,... if you have a belt sander it works grea when you have to trim to a line Great job! Got you love that thick beautiful acrylic
