nice acry work there I like it, toastrer oven you say, could you explain that process for those of us who could end up burning the building down if we ever tried that? :~}
A terrorist! LOL. I'm only joking! Dude your friggin doing great! I nevr cut arcylic with the cut off disc's. It cuts well?
thanks. anyway this is the process I did
1st: I get some glass cup
2nd: I heated the acry at the oven toaster for about 5mins
3rd: Get the glass cup w/ the acry (Make sure you suit gloves) then prepare to bend it.
4th: I cut some edge of the acry. Then prepare to heat it again. for about 3mins
5th: Get some cloth or Card board and prepare for the final bending.
6th: put it on the water to absorb the heat.
That's it bro!
LOL. It was really hard to cut that disk on the acry. but if you try to sander it you can make surely purely great.
Wew! nice project there going man. btw, could you pls tell me where I can buy acry sheet, cubes, rods etc. - also that mesh you used- here in Manila? I'm really havin a hard time finding these plastics.
Hope to see more of your work......Gudluck!

sorry for no updates. due on school works.
ill try to post some pics next week. thanks again.
Im here again. Time to update this project!
Here's the plan for today, is to make the top and front panel. but it doesnt mean that what you can see is the final.
Need to measure..............
this is the continuation...
For the bending! I use Black and Decker HeatGun!
Finally! Its totally fit! AMEN! LOL
SPECIALLY THANKS TO THIS!
After work! Time to eat up! ENJOY!!!!!!
For my water cooling. I place my reservoir on the top panel in the middle of it.
But the problem is that my reservoir was too huge to place, but I already have the idea to do it. just wait for the pictures. Maybe on Saturday I can post some pics. On my pump and PSU I already have the plans. just check below. Sorry for the pics and for the drawing. anyway I've already started the PUMPS. but on the PSU maybe next week, I can start it.
That's my plan for the PUMP. as you can see there's a color green that's the effect of the UV Green Coolant and on the top of the pump. I will etch my project's name. the **Bunker** and on the side with 3 little circle thats the barbs. w/ the wire. Sorry for the drawing.
And now that's my plan for PSU. I will make it like a Hollowblocks. And on the side there's a 1 fan for Intake. Maybe I will change my plan to make it to intake fans. But for now, I dont know. On the top I will put a mesh grill for some effects inside my PSU. coz ill put some leds.
Here's what Ive done last week. I dont have pictures when Im doing my pump case but now Im preparing for some bling bling on the case. I use a color black acrylic for the case and some hole to see some effects Ill put some mesh grill inside those hole. For now, It is not finish yet.
As you can see the case were already done.
Take note. I use masking tape to hold them for a while and there is no cover from the top.
Here's the bottom and the top panel of my pump note: Not finish yet.
Time to make the hole. I made this not perfectly. Just look when my pump case finish.
Here it is..
See!? those cuts are not perfect.. coz I have a main reason why I did that
Now for the side...
That's it for my pump. I'm tired to finish the otherside of the case.. Maybe this week I can finish it.
Wow. This project is looking great, keep it up dude
Nice use of plastics! I can't help noticing that you need to sand down your hole in the second to bottom picture, part of the curve seems a bit straight?
Nonetheless, I think you have done a good job and taken your time doing so! Keep it up.
