Im still painting the top and i have 4 layers done now.This weekend im gonna do the last 2 layers.Im also waiting on some more oak because i gonna use some more wood inside the desk.More about this later on.

 

Update 15.

The last week i was busy sanding and painting the top.First i choose for 6 layers but i change that into 8 layers.I still have 2 layers to go.So some more sanding and painting.



Because the wood gives the desk a more classic look i decide to also use some wood in the inside.I ordered some more wood and i hope it arrives soon.

Time to do some work.The 90 degree reservoirs didnt look right inside the desk so i had to make some new ones.Again a new design.

First i cut 4 pieces off stainless steel pipe and drilled some holes in them.







Then i made 8 disks of stainless steel.Four of them with G1/4 thread and four without holes.







Then i was time for some welding and sanding.









These four pieces are done so on the the next pieces.Again some drilling,welding and sanding.









Time to put the pieces together.









The reservoir are not ready yet so more to come.

Awesome quality without gimmicks steelseries mechanical keyboards I got it's bigger brother the 7g looks the same but has a wrist rest that wraps around it, this 6gv2 version is a more affordable version, really nice peripheral set, congrats Paslis.

Those new reservoirs, words just don't cut it sometimes.

 

Those reservoirs are insane allready and they're not even done!

 

It is actually a crime to grind down welds that good. Still, amazing work!
