Well the time came for a new system and having spoken to certain peeps, including Welshtom, who I guess a few of you will already know, the choice was made to venture into water cooling :D

After quite some deliberation and chat about hardware I settled on the following:

Case: Silverstone TJ07B (Black) Aluminum Supertower Case.
    Motherboard: Asus P5N32-E SLI NF680i SLI, S 775, PCI-E (x16), DDR2 533/667/800, SATA II, SATA RAID, ATX.
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600, Socket 775, 2.4 GHz, 1066MHz FSB, Conroe Core, 4MB Cache, Retail.
    RAM: Team Xtreem 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2 PC2-6400C4 800MHz Dual Channel Kit (TXDD2048M800HC4DC).
    Gfx: BFG GeForce 8800 GTX OC 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail.
    HDD's: 2x 250 Gb Samsung SP2504C SpinPoint P120, SATA300, 7200 rpm, 8MB Cache, 9.0 ms, NCQ.
PSU: Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU.
Optical Drive: LiteOn 16x DVD+/-RW/RAM SATA black drive.

CPU: Swiftech Apogee GTX Extreme Performance CPU Waterblock (LGA775).
    GFX: EK FC8800.
    RAD: PA120.3.
    FANS: 3 x Yate loon.
    TUBING: MasterKleer 7/16".
PUMP: DDC 18w (with alphacool top)
    Dye: UV Green.
    Coolant: G11.
    RES: DD Bayres
    DRAIN PLUG: DD Delrin Fillport

    And so it began :)

It is the EK block on the GPU mate and yeh I agree I should have gone the EVGA route, my fault for being a bit hasty :)

By glowwire I presume you mean the blue stuff wrapped around the pipe coming from the CPU, if so then this is just standard UV reactive plastic wire, nothing else ;)

Ok folks its opinion time :)

As I said above I am going for splash anodising on the outside of the case but I cannot decide between purple and orange(ford focus st). So I would like you all to choose either purple or orange and help my decision on this :D

    Cheers all

The wife loves the purple anodising, it's certainly the first time I've seen this finish before and it's  stunning, but a bit too flash for me I've the same case and have set the water system virtually the same as yours but the case has been left standard black. All in all a very nice job, well done. :cooldude:
