The Sketch is almost done the only thing missing is the window in the side of the case opened.

After finally being able to buy some 1mm thick aluminum sheet managed to start with the jobs again, some of the cut sheets below:

Sheet that will support 2 Force GT SSD's from corsair already cut and bent and doing some fit tests hopefully by the end of the next week will have some more news.

 

Finally its starting to show some shape =)

A preview of the disk's with the logo cut off and a light coming from behind hope you like it.

 

Looks great! Cant wait for the final product! And your English is really good, I wouldn't be able to tell it wasnt your first language f you hadn't told me.

After some time away im back to modding, and hopefully to finish this project.

All the logo cuts are done.











Hope you like how the logos look like and sorry for the bad pic quality but my phone was the only thing i had at my disposal at that time.

 

Follows a small update of the work

Cnc work in an acrylic sheet to put behind the logos and a small surprise in the SSD's.

































The idea is to make the acrylic dingy so it does a nice effect on the leds behind them.

Since i got some reply's on the post i was so happy i decided to do some work yesterday





Preparing the fans to mark the supports for the radiators.

Hey guys, after solving the fixation of the radiators its time to make the radiator grill.

The design, i tried to maintain a little of the case design with that stripe from the right side...

Mind me asking the diameter of the endmill aswell as the width of the slots?
Did it make an awful sound our was it like a walk in tha park? Cheers!

 

Hi Axoxenon, the endmill had 2mm and the slots you can see in the pic bellow all the measurements




Well it all was made in a big milling factory so there was allot of noise but it didn't came from the milling of this part =)
