Project: Water Cycler - many pictures & Video

    Today my boss (in other words my wife) gave me a little time for working at my HDD-case again.
    Both guide rails are fixed with the water cycler case.
    I think it is good that I made two guide rails,it drives out good ,it´s a smooth move.
    I didn´t manage to finish the engine and control limit switch,yet.

    On this picture you can see that the guide rails are hold by two tie bars.
    Maby one guide rail is enough,but I don´t want to risk something.

    Of this uncoupling assortment I should be able to create something pretty.

    My gear motors.
    I use at last five ,for my water cycler.

    Thus I prepair the rack to fasten.
    Naturally the screw head has to be sunk.

    Since the case does not drive out from alone, with the help of a gear motor yet, I help a little in the video. In the video you can see the HDD Case Inc. lighting and function;)

    The First Water Cycler Update 2007.

    The rack is made of plastic,it is bent.
    This should be no problem because the HDD cage is not so heavy.
    Nevertheless,no risk.
    So I cutted aluminium sheet metal again.

    With the CAD I created a template for the thread position of the engine.

    The left case side will only be used for examinations.

    The dazzle and wearing part are only provisionally.

    I want to position a rubber plate between the engine and dazzle,
    because it leads an hum to the maincase.
