I have tweaked a little with the sketch, and I did a hopefully better solution to the design. You can see what's done

    Frame sawed to exactly 1cm
    [IMG]

Why? To get the front thicker
    [IMG]

Why?? So that the Aluminium metalsheet wont brush against the DVD-driver (Or what the hell you call it in english ;D)

This is how the loop is supposed to be.

IOW: Pump - radiator - radiator - cpu block - [gpu block] - tank - pump - osv osv osv :)

Have glued on the frame.. superepoxy is strong :D
    [IMG]

Drawn out the lines for the logo, that I will cut with the dremel :dremel:

    Still 12/10

Have started to cut the logo.

    DREMEL ACTION! :D

    And some random photos

I can see the light! (Ja ni ser att flänsarna är täta, vilket har sina fördelar och nackdelar)

    Inside a tube

Went down to the workshop en fixed some stuff :)

It was to much work with the dremel, so I used the jiggsaw instead... was a bit easier :hehe:

    I'm pleased with the result

I had some trouble mounting the fan. The holes had UNC threads, så neither M3 or M4 would fit. So i made the threads M4.

Mounted the radiator in the back

I discovered that the sidepanel hit the radiator, so i took away a little from the sidepanel

    went down to the workshop

Started with drawing out the radiatortemplate
    [IMG]

Cut out and a list is testmounted, note that it isn't fixed, it is just for testing. Can't glue it until I have painted the case
    [IMG]

Radiator testmounted, all screws will be insexskcrews.

    Pretty tight

Ill have to thank elmor For these babies, You will notice later on what they are for;)

After the hard work it was time for a cheeseburger! :D
    [IMG]

Finnished the grinding on the putty and painted it with basecoat. Pretty smooth :)

Polished some of the stainless steel just for fun :)

Started with the "case" for the pump, that will be polished.

Those models appear to be made in sketchup, where did you find the sketchup components for the psu/motherboard/rads/fans/drives? They're extremely detailed!

    @ luis_pedro_Sato: Thanks! :)

    @ ChiperSoft: I got them from http://scc.jazzle.co.uk/

@ modster: Why is that?, Another guy looked at the loop, and in both his and my oppinion this is the best loop that you can get. It actually doesn't matter in what way you put the components.

    @ zhangmaster12: 69, huh? Thanks, appriciated :)

    @ bballs91: Thanks! :)

    UPDATE 3/11 - 06

Ok, testmounted the front frame and it was a nice fit.

Yesterday I ordered some white LED's for the front (Will have lighted plexi behind the aluminiumsheet)

    Nice and smooth.

The radhole from the inside of the case
    [IMG]

    Continued with the pumpcasing
    [IMG]

Glued the edges. Later I will putty and paint the case.. I will also make the hole by the suctionfitting more round and nicer

Well, it seems like people have trouble with bending plexi. So I had to try before I will do it on the real thing. I cant really understand what the problem is. It was actually pretty easy to bend it...? :worried:
And as you can see I didn't burn the plexi and i didn't get any "bubbles"

I used a crappy black n' decker heating gun.. well, black & decker is a budget trademark
    [IMG]

I also painted the BIX 2, cause the paintjob was absolutely awful.
But now I got a nice paintjob with some mirrorshine. I will take better pics later.

My finger eh ,:), As I said I will take a better pic so you can see the mirrorshine better.

    Thats all for now :dremel:

@Trash_master: Thanks, ye I know that it will be a bit tight, but it will look cool in the end :) I hate to have things sticking out from the case.. it makes it so hard to move :)

    @HourBeforeDawn: Gee, thanks :)

    Miniupdate 7/11 - 06

    Miniupdate 7/11 - 06

So, got my white leds and resistors from lysdiod.com. These babies are supposed to lighten up the plexisides in the front.
I ordered 10 Leds, and I will use 6 in the front, so the last4 will go to something else. Dont know what, maybe lightning up waterblocks or so :)
