did you use an air brush ?

I think those are best of those options, but I don't like about that green ledfan, maybe green uv-fan or something other will be better

 

the two images are not compatible.
option 1: one only fan on with dimensions
option 2: 2 fan in top, and 1 on the side panel.

 

In my honest opinion i have to say go with option #2 it just seems to fit with the rest of your theme better than the dragon would.

i would go with choice #2 but liek you said don't use that fan, infact my sugestion is that you should not put any fans IN the AMD logo, i think it would hinder the look
