Hi I am planning on putting a PSOne LCD screen into my computer and am going to be using the VGA method. What kind of cabling should I use?

Get a VGA extension cable and chop it to size.
    IDE ribbon cable.

It will be used on my Fileserver so I don't need a separate screen or KVM.

I thought PSOne screens were Composite only?

For VGA with a short length (6-8" or less) you should be able to get away with using an ide cable if there is a ground on either side of each color signal, and the h sync and v sync. For longer, thats just asking for ghosting however.

There is a guide on bit about it, linkeh, heaps of people have done it. Just requires a bit of soldering.
Well its front of computer to PCI blanking plate to card. Guess I will go for an extension cable, only $10.
