Modding PSONE LCD info and sites

I know a lot of people have been requesting wiring info on the psone lately, and i can't seem to find links to any site that works and goes through this

I've aquired a Sony PSONE LCD off eBAY and am looking for a guide or something to wire it up to composite or svideo.

if anyone knows of any working sites and has pics of everything including the power and voltage, please post them here, i know about a half dozen people on this forum would like the info too

some things people need:
-circuit board dimensions (behind LCD)
-wiring diagram
-quality?
-tips on wiring

 

i also would find this slighty interesting

 

if its a tru sony brand screen, which it appears to be. Then you can actually wire it up to VGA. search the mp3car.com forums for this, its been discussed there a bunch.

 

its a composite one
anyone have anything on wiring it up to composite?

compsite dont matter, you can mod it to hook up to vga

I think that http://mpro.no-ip.com/index.html has some info on how to get powerstrip working with it if you need help with that also.

 

I was hhunting around MPro's guide. It is probably the best one out there.

 

disgone: that first link is using PAL and im in north america so itll be NTSC, not sure if you can even schange that in settings...

mpros guide is a diff make/model so im not sure if its even the same
and still, none of those links tell me how to use it with composite (RCA if your not sure what composite is)

 

Mpro's guide isnt for the sony brand lcd though

 

you could use the wireing guide from serio and the powerstrip setup from mpro then, they are interchangeable, the only difference between the ntsc and pal screens is how it interprets the video signal, the wireing is afaik identical

I NEED MPROS WIRING GUIDE FOR THIS THRUSTMASTER TFT!!! AAARRHH ITS DRIVIN ME NUTS!!! NOBODY ELSE GOT THIS GUIDE!!! PLEASE!!!


uhm..yeah , can anyone please support me with the infos on modding the trustmaster 5" tft display for direct rgb input? i would be very glad about a link to a similar guide for the thrustmaster tft.. the original sony psone does not help me much.. thx

 

thats one of the reasons i made mine lol
those sites are down 90% of the time :s

 

you made a tutorial especialy for the thrustmaster tft? its so complete different to the original sony one :-/
