After getting a PSP for Xmas i needed a memory stick (only had 32mb one=lame) So went into town today, THE PRICE!OMG! 256mb = £30, 512mb=£44.99, 1gb=£79.99!!! I bought a 512mb one from "Game" after thinking £80/gb was a little pricey, Just checked Ebay now and they have 1gb sticks going for £20!! I'm gonna order one from Ebay and take this one back and get a refund! Just a heads-up really to anyone else after one. edit: nvm, £40 postage! Don't spose anyone knows where i can get a cheaper 1gb stick? Thanks
I got a new 1gb from ebay, came to about £46 with shipping and the necessary insurance. Took less than a week to get here. from this guy http://stores.ebay.co.uk/UK-MEMORY-SUPPLIER_Memory-Sticks_W0QQcolZ2QQdirZQ2d1QQftidZ2QQtZkm
Alittle off-topic. But can the PSP read off of flash drives as well? or does it only read off flash cards like the Memory Stick Duo?
Theres a place for this talk. I got 1GB from amazon for £60. @Divinesin yes and no, as it stands no but if you can find the datel 4GB HD you can read of microdrives go here for info on this and more help. http://forums.qj.net/forumdisplay.php?f=48
Its already out, I just dont wanna clip a huge thing to my psp.. http://www.darkplanets.co.uk/datel-4gb-harddrive.asp Edit: added link.
I think sony has a 4GB Memory Stick Duo in the works too, but seeing as 2GB costs over £120ish i doubt it'll come below £300 for a while!! *edit* just did a quick google and found a 4GB Memory Stick for over £600 and the duo will no doubt be more expensive than this!! Ick!!
